On stapler and seminar
I lost my stapler in school so I decided to buy one at National Bookstore. I bought a small red one (not visually appealing but very handy). Unlucky when I tried to use it, I found out that it's defective. So, I'm here at SM supposedly having the replacement already..But, unlucky me! While waiting for the costumer service personnel to talk to me, I was playing with the stapler... and snap! !#@^%$&%^*^*%$%^ The spring bounced on the face of the girl next to me... Alas! My stapler won't be replaced because of the addtional damage.. Goodbye 30 pesos!!!!!
I could have bought another dunkin meal with that money. You know, like the one that we ate this morning before the seminar that I attended with Ma'am Ruby, Ma'am Cybille, Ma'am Clarice and Sianse Esther. The seminar is "good". I'm happy I followed her advice to prioritize the seminar sponsored by Phoenix instead of my Masters class at UP. Hehehe.. I think Ma'am ZAmora decided not to conduct classes anymore... How could she? She has only one student.
I have to admit, the speaker is just above average... but, we are exposed to several problem solving activities that I really enjoy....
Bad thing for Phoenix, I'm not using their textbooks.. I'm using Salesiana books and I hope I'll attend their seminar this February.
Well, I have a lot to thank God today! I know I lost my stapler!!!! But, I'm happy... I'm blessed!
Let us not forget the festive days to come.
January 29- Dinagyang Festival!
January 31- Cninese New Year
February 2 - Jaro Fiesta
